All shoes or other items run true to size. You can order sizes 7-14 including half sizes.
We receive big,small and mixed orders.

Return & Exchange
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges if returning shoes to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you return or exchange.

All Shoes are shipped from China. The shipping carriers we use depends on your location.
You will receive a tracking number from us after 2 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers website and track the package.
